"I went to a place in Lombard, about my filter. I just knew they could help me. BOY I WAS WRONG!!! They barely said 2 words to me. NO HELP AT ALL!!! But I figured out my filter on my own. Then I had a bacteria problem because it’s a new tank. I didn’t know what was going on. So before I put my fish in there, I knew I needed help again. Just when I was going to do something not so smart and go back to Lombard, I come across Aqua Pros. They were closed, but still took my phone call. Told me to bring in a water sample when they open. When I got there the customer service was amazing!! I had 2 people giving me information. MY WATER IS CLEAR NOW!!! MY NEW TANK IS RUNNING GREAT!!! They didn’t ask me for this review but I had to leave one."
