"What happens during these troubled times with stay at home orders, social distancing etc. when you wake up one morning with water in your basement due to a defective sump pump? That’s exactly what happened to me last Friday. I immediately called Dan, Servpro’s Project Manager for Repairs. I left a message, and within a minute Dan called me back. Within a half hour, the plumber was here to replace our broken sump pump. Very soon after the plumber left, Ken and Jeasus, the technicians from Servpro, were at my door, ready with fans and other equipment needed to dry the basement. They came into our home wearing protective face masks, each practicing social distancing. Both my husband and I felt very safe having them in our home during these uncertain times.
