Alex and Brian evaluated my furnace and told me I didn't need the duct that was attached to a non-working humidifier and removed both of them from the furnace. "I lost heat last Sunday. I called Monday and Brian came out the same day. After troubleshooting and determining the problem, he explained the issue, age of the furnace etc. I decided to replace the complete heating and cooling system. The estimator came out and we sealed the deal. By Thursday ,Albert and Dustin began removal and install. It carried over into Friday. Everything went well.
