"We used to go to Libertyville/Pauly Honda, however after recent ownership changes it has gotten very expensive, disorganized and unreliable at best. When our van had a complicated issue we chose Muller Honda this time and I am so happy that we did! The entire service experience was absolutely wonderful, despite having an issue that that turned out to be more difficult then anticipated with many maintenance items needed at the same time. They were wonderful and walked us through the process with fair pricing. They helped us understand what was needed immediately and what we could make a plan to fix a little later this year. I was updated every day and felt I knew what was going on at all times. They came through for the quoted price, despite a couple unexpected parts that were needed.
