"They were very nice and friendly over the phone. I had a great experience with Shane. However, they do not have the right parts to repair iphone screens or any maybe. They called and told me after having dropped off my phone that a screw they needed to take out was stripped and couldn’t work further on it. Then I come back to get my phone and my home button isn’t working either. Next day I took it to Best Buy and they sorted it all out, fixed my screen and told me that the screws that WeFixit said were stripped were in immaculate condition. So I am assuming they just didn’t have the right screwdriver and said it was “stripped”. Shane was always a delight to speak with and has amazing customer service skills which is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1 - the manager on the other hand is blunt and rude and obviously doesn’t care about customer satisfaction or resolving an issue in a polite manner and talked over me the whole phone conversation. He was unpleasant from the start. He also tried to tell me Bestbuy was lying. (An accredited apple repair place) When I was in here everyone seemed like a delight though and that they genuinely wanted to help people but this situation wasn’t a good one for me I guess. I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone else running into this issue. Please just go to a place that is recommended by apple - they do monthly updates on how they do the repairs and the other places like this one just try to catch up. Even if you end up spending more, you know you are in better hands."
