"Our Hot Tub was not heating up to temperature and was unable to be used. We called and were told a technician would arrive at a date about 2 weeks out. The technician, Michael arrived and was very polite and went to work immediately. He suspected the issue was the "pressure switch". Unfortunately, he did have some difficulty removing the pressure switch, but worked diligently and constantly and was able to remove it, but only after having to also drain it, and remove the heater. In spite of the difficulties he had it back together, filled and running perfectly in a relatively short time. After it was filled, he made sure it was heating properly and was definitely repaired. Michael at Texas Hot Tub Fort Worth did a GREAT job!"
