Chris was at my house nearly every day for the better part of a week servicing it in an effort to keep it up and running, often just a few hours after I contacted him. When we decided it was time to replace it, he and his team got me on the schedule right away. They went above and beyond to get our new furnace and AC up and running quickly, fixed a lot of the wonky installation issues left by the previous homeowner for no extra charge, and left our basement just as clean as it was when they got there.
