"I was invited to La Bougie Wick to attend a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised! From the layout, decor and even spaces designed to take pictures. I loved the wine bottle bike table! IYKYK! This was a well designed idea. The owner and facilitator was not only knowledgeable, comical and engaging but she was also so patient with a large group that was consuming alcohol (BYOB). She walked everyone through each step to ensure everyone had a great time and produced a cute, functional candle safely. Even the way the candles were packaged was done with such style and grace. I would definitely return and highly recommend."

"I had a great time at La Bougie Wick. I went to the early evening class on a weekday, so it was only myself and my friends in the class. Which means we got sole focus for the class. The class was very straightforward. They had a great selection of different scents that we got to choose from. Everything was very easy and explained well. There’s music playing in the background. She also has games and karaoke for use during the time you’re waiting for your candle to cure. The owner taught our class so we got to ask lots of questions about how she started. We real nosy; so we also discovered that she has a non-profit called Hickstory that works with transitioning foster care youth. This was a vibe and an all around a great experience. I am a co-host of a meetup and we definitely plan to come back with our group."

"So this was our first candle making experience. We have gone Paint n Sip, Ax Throwing, Jewelry Making, Cooking etc. I highly recommend coming here to learn about candle making. I give 5 stars overall. I have a few suggestions to make this a better experience. I can say you won't be disappointed, and hopefully the owner/host applies some of my suggestions. Come with a group or a date. And enjoy."

"I came here for a date night with my partner, it was such a fun atmosphere! Nye was informative, so kind, made sure we all were satisfied with our candles, and created such a fun and easygoing environment of just making your curated candle with other people doing the same thing. There was karaoke, there were games, she had cups for our alcohol we brought, and the class was something i'll never forget! 10/10 if you're thinking of going."
