"We call Mr Rooter as an emergency in the late evening not thinking that you would pick up the phone. It was below zero out and the kindest kid Marco came to our rescue did his job quickly and before we knew it he was out and on to the next job. You’re a life saver. We hope to not have to call you again but if we do I got you on speed dial."

"We used their services for an emergency drain clog on 1st floor with water backup in the bathtub. Here is our experience with the plumber Jason: 1. He was not using the cable drain auger correctly and that is why he could not unclog. He had too much cable between machines and drain that kept swinging and hitting walls and door instead of pushing deeper into drain pipes. We had to clean all that filth on walls and door for 2 hours before we could hand over unit to the tenants. He just could not get his cable past the second bend in the drains and blamed main drain blockage and bad pipes for his inability to do it right. Finally to show him that problem is not with main drain and not with the pipes, we tried for 10 minutes with our auger machine and drain opened without a problem. 2. Plumber Jason wanted to remove toilet while tub had 4 inches of backed up water. This would have flooded the toilet and consequently the apartment underneath when water would have come out of the toilet flange after removing toilet. He simply did not care and still wanted to remove it so we emptied the tub ourselves and tossed all the water outside the unit. Some line water still went in the unit underneath and we had to clean the bathroom on the floor right below as well. Plus he did not have wax ring so we gave him one we keep in spare. He was very unprofessional and careless. Overall, he was more trouble than help. He said he had to charge full estimate of $695 because that is just how it works but will refund next day based on how things unfolded and some of the short comings described above. We had a hard time asking for that promised refund and after about 2 weeks they refunded back only 15%. Not recommended at all."
