He was outstanding. The wiper blades they had in stock did not fit properly. They were short by a few inches. Instead of throwing on whatever they had in stock just to get me out the door, he had the proper blades delivered to the store and apologized for the inconvenience. I normally go to the Firestone on Army Trail, but I think I found my new shop!"

"I have been a customer at the Glendale heights Firestone for about 8 years and had very good service. After moving to Schaumburg we thought we would go to woodfield Firestone for service thinking that they are all the same. Boy was I wrong. I took my car in for front brakes, alignment and 4 new tires. The roters that were installed were bent due to improper storage. Huge amounts of brake dust. We took the car back to Schaumburg and they test drove the car and said it was fine. It was not fine. I told my wife to call Charles in Glendale heights and let's see what he says. He replaced everything at no charge. Awesome service. Don't go to woodfield Firestone, go to Glendale heights were they know how to treat customers . Five stars. Great customer service."
