"Took more than an hour for a SINGLE item pick up order. Literally had to go in store to get it and say we ordered online for pick up. Also there's a bunch of religious people (customers) that love to go in there in groups, disperse, and walk around asking other customers about their thoughts about Jesus and pray for you. Not sure if they've done anything about that yet."
"My experience here was very uncomfortable. For the people that's reading this comment, watch out for an employee named Precious. He is a tall dark man who i believe that could possibly be mentally disabled who likes to profile and stalk black patrons. To make a long story short. I saw him follow a black couple around the store and to their car once they were done purchasing their items and proceeded to do the same with my family and I. He appeared on every aisle to try and "help" us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. But meanwhile on numerous occasions I saw other patrons asking for assistance to which he ignored. Which was odd to us, especially since we didn't even ask for the help. You lost trust in the people who keeps your company running. The fact that he followed us out to our vehicle is what makes people lose interest in shopping at this establishment. Normally, I can forgive the stigma but for this store not to have all the items that i needed, along with the profiling is what led me to give Michael's a 1 star. Do better Michael's!!! Because it's going to be the employees that YOU hired that's going to run your business through the ground. Not the consumers!!!"
