"I scheduled an appt and went there. Truck got fixed and i saw on the invoice bunch of things that needs to be done on the truck. At the bottom was printed Customer refused - nobody called me to ask me! Anyway, when i asked how much it will cost me to fix those things - i was told that company policy is to not give any estimate!!! I asked them how i cant fix something without knowing the cost of it....? I was told that they can make an estimate eventually, but they are busy and it will take time - i need to wait Been waiting a month already - nothing! I will never go, or recommend this place to anybody! Clearly this is very bad practice. Be aware!"
