"While we were able to get the wheel bolt removed, the price of over $300 was extremely high. So because of that, we were not satisfied. And yes, I know how and how long it takes an experienced shop to remove one wheel bolt. Any response to as to why we were charged for at least 2 hours of labor won’t be accepted. Beware folks."

"My family was traveling when we suddenly heard a grinding sound from our front brake. I called this location given it was close to where we were and they were friendly and courteous over the phone, telling me to bring it in and they’d give it a look. When we arrived they immediately diagnosed the issue and started the work. Within about one hour the job was done and we were back on the road. The technician took his time to show me the issue and walked me through the bill of work and estimate. While there, many more customers came in and he took his time with each one even though extremely busy. I wish we lived closer because I would give this team my business any day.
