"Ok one bad review on Google so I thought okay no biggie him out here he and his buddy measures everything I asked him about the one bad review he's like oh yeah that's blah blah blah I have more reviews on somewhere else I forget the website or whatever it is but anyway it's been almost it's been 2 weeks almost 3 I have called him and texted him and I still have not got an estimate you would think after getting one bad review jamming them up about it he would be pretty quick on getting me my estimate. Plus the other reviews I read you're only about the cleaning service they do nothing about remodel I would have to say beware buyer beware"

"Do not Recommend. I found Shymring Pools on Home advisors and was in dire need of pool services. My pool vacuum had broken and we had a lot of rain and my pool was full of algae. Rich came out and told me it would take up to $500 and my pool would be clear by the weekend (it was a thursday). I went out of town that weekend and when I returned on monday the water was clearer but the pool was still not usable. A week later I received a text message saying that my filter grids needed to be replaced. I was not given an updated estimate but foolishly agreed. All in all it was a month before my pool was swimmable, but it was still not the crystal clear conditions I had experienced the prior two years. I then received a bill for over $1600. A week later we had heavy rainfall and my pool was green and algae filled again. To be clear, I had never had a problem before that. I released informed Shymring pools that I no longer needed their services. Hired another company, and for less than they estimated my pool was crystal clear within two days. I am not sure if Rich was conning me or just incompetent but either way, trusting my pool with them was an expensive mistake."
