"Installed a basic Carrier system 9/23. Installer was on the phone many times to wire in a basic aprilair humidifier. Finally got that done. Several weeks later fan makes a terrible noise. Had to call a technician. Loose metal screw fell into the fan! Also screws loose on the ceramic ignitor. A few weeks later, fan clicking noises. Had to call another technician from Greenaire. Totally useless. Could not fix anything. Ended up replacing my perfectly operating Aprilair controller, with a cheaper piece of junk. The clicking noise still occurs on shutdown. It's the main fan. Anyone can figure that out. Technician said it was the heat exchanger cooling down. No that is wrong. So disappointed in Greenaire. When you pay over 10k for a new system. Technicians are bad."

Knowledgeable, polite service techs, Work was performed with no delays. And there was good, prompt follow up after the sale and installation. Green Air Care have already been registered and I received confirmation of such the day after the install. Green Air Care is also filing for a rebate with Duke Energy on my behalf... Which will result in further savings. Could not be happier with the experience"
