"Called them for a quote since they were recommended to me and set up an appointment. I already knew what I wanted. Young kid showed up wasn’t even at my house 5 mins. Took measurements only! All my questions he said needed to be answered by the project manager only not him and said to give him a week for the quote. 4 weeks later I still haven’t heard back from them! Not professional and not responsive. Took my business elsewhere !"

"They refuse to test my Hayward pump. They don't travel to Donna and they won't test my pump unless it's on site. They said they don't have 240 VAC to test it but every breaker box is 240 coming to the building. Don't buy Hayward products, the customer service is almost nonexistent."

"I had a bad experience it took them 6 months to do my pool at the end of the job they left a big stain on the plaster of the pool that doesn't come off and they didn't want to fix it. Don't recommend."

"Had my pool replastered with a midnight blue quartz and it looks beautiful. They remove all the old plaster completely down to the original concrete and only then spray the new plaster. Its a process. Takea about three to 4 weeks but well worth it. Its looks better rhan the original plaster. Service was great and they are very knowledgeable with great tech support and customer service. I highly recommend Berry Pools for all your swimmnng pool needs. 5 stars all rhe way. Give Adam a call."
