"lady on phone like everyone else says...shes all over the place and seems very nervous all the time. She may be the entire issue i had with this company. I was told by plumbers that the issue was hair inside the home. Twice. My tenant called and I think they may have mixed our case up with another...i dont know but we were all told different things so now tenant says its our problem. Only reason why Im giving two stars is the plumbers seemed very honest and actually came back out to verify our tenant was wrong at no charge. I like their plumbers but this companies mixed information like the other reviews say has caused unbelievable headache."

"I had work done the day before I called All Suburban, by another company, and that first company tried to scare me into getting unnecessary work done. Even showed us a recording of "our" sewer line, stopped it in some places and said "see how bad these sections are?" I knew we couldn't afford the $1,700 they quoted us for hydro-jetting. So based on a recommendation from my father, I called All Suburban to see if they would come out with their large 6 inch circumference to rid my main sewer line of some roots. At first, I was told they didn't travel as far south as I lived. But the receptionist said she would double check and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called back and said that if George didn't get slammed, he would be out in the afternoon. I was amazed and thrilled. By 1pm, I received another phone call telling me that George and Sam were almost to my house. As soon as I shook George's hand, I knew we were going to be okay. I explained what happened and what had been done. He laughed and said they'll take a look. George and Sam were at my house about 2 hours making sure that there was nothing left in my sewer line. They pulled multiple bundles of roots from the line. Though it was no where near as dire as the other company said it was. They even found our original clean out in the basement the other company didn't even bother to look for. I knew it was there, just didn't know what it was. George made me aware of other things I had no idea about based on the work the other company did. He was also nice enough to check my water heater that the other company installed to make sure we were connected properly. Thankfully we were. I know it is a long drive for them to where I live, but I am so appreciative of these two men for making time for us. I will definitely continue to use them!"

"Our basement floor drain was flooding, we couldn't use the washing machine without more flooding. We called on a Saturday night, Kyle came on Sunday morning and quickly identified and resolved the issue. He was friendly and professional. Would recommend this company to friends and family."

"I called several plumbers to get a price on replacing my hot water heater. They quoted me a price on the phone which I thought was reasonable (but not the lowest). I decided to use All Suburban because their reviews were good, the person answering the phone was personable and I also spoke to George the owner for the price. George and his son Sam came out at the appointed time and did a professional installation at the agreed upon price. Very happy with the result. I would use them again."

"George came out with back up, and believe me, they gave it their all. They were here for hours and placed a call for another company to come in as it will probably involve digging. George did not charge me the original cost of the job. Plus, he helped me tighten up a toilet tank. He is now my official plumber, and I highly recommend him!! Trustworthy and reasonably priced."
