Never got a call for a estimate of how much it was going to be and surprised with a big bill upon pickup. I asked Karlton a service advisor if he could cut me a break and he stated “no already did if you don’t like it take it somewhere else or do it your self”. Last visit I got the breaks done on one of my other vehicles and when I picked it up and on my way to work I was sent on a death ride. I tried using the breaks and they did not work what so ever, luckly I was able to coast to a stop. When I looked under the hood I seen they for got to tighten a break line. Completely unsatisfied."
