"We called jay to help us with the renovation of our back room at our flower shop and he went above and beyond for us! Our previous faucet was the wrong size for our sink and was not flush to the wall. It was also off center on the wall, which we were set to live with until Jay informed us it was something he could easily fix. Jay patiently and professionally guided us through the whole project. He shared faucet options with us based on our aesthetic for the project and helped us select the perfect style for the shop. He also worked with our contractor to ensure the faucet would sit flush against the wall with the tile. In addition to piping the sink to be center on the wall, helping us select and install our faucet, and ensure it sits flush against the wall, Jay installed shut off valves from our water main so we don’t have to shut off water to the other tenants the next time we need work done (our shop sits street level in a multi-unit apartment building). It was something we didn’t even know was possible. The finished product is so beautiful and we can’t recommend and thank Jay, and Even Flow enough.
