"Nothing express about them. You can pay to expedite the shipping but not the processing time. Even if you select 1-day shipping and pay the money, beware your order may still revert back to standard shipping. Even if you call multiple times to update the order, still no guarantee it will come via 1-day shipping."

"Agree with other complaints. Without warning, they ignored my Dr.'s indication to fill a medicated face wash prescription with a generic. They sent a brand version, and charged my card $287 (for face wash!)!!! Hours wasted on the phone with them (in which it was clear the representative had herself been placed on hold by others in the company), they refused to allow a return or refund even though I'd never authorized that charge. Stay away!"

"Express Scripts is the single most infuriating company to use for prescription medications. There are constant issues getting the most harmless generic drugs and the issues increase based on specific drugs and what they do. Wait times are horrible, they pass you from one person to another, nobody in customer service has a logical explanation, or after any explanation at all. My doctor tried calling the prescriber’s # provided and was on hold for over 45 minutes without ever getting to speak to a human. He has said he will never call them again. When issues do arise it takes Express Scripts weeks to inform you, if they ever bother at all. How can you advocate for yourself if the company doesn’t even let you know there is an issue? On several occasions I’ve had to go to my local pharmacy & pay out of pocket. For the drug being referenced here, the cost at Walgreen’s without insurance was less expensive than what Express Scripts charges. If this company represents where health care in the US is headed we are all in trouble. Zero stars is what they deserve."

"This company harasses it's customers with unrelenting phone calls & voicemails, and does anything to not cover medications. I'm not even sure how they're tied into my companies health care provider, which is Aetna...all I know is it's all a scam, Aetna, Express Scripts, all of them do not care about public health, they care about their bottom line, judging success by how many times they can say "no," to reject care or medications, to hand over their profits to the wealthy elites that own their stock."

"My primary health issues are congestive heart failure and copd. I make a pmt on my outstanding balance Dec 7(8 days ago) bringing my total due to $107 with a promise to pay more on Dec28 when my SS hits my account. I just dont have any money until then. I'm expecting to get 4 rx's in the interim. I get a call from these people today saying they're holding shipment of my 4 rx's because of a balance due. 3 of these prescriptions are life sustaining for me. So the bottom line here is this company couldn't give a flying f whether you live or die over a few dollars."
