"Came in to get grooming items for my puppy. The staff was very helpful and guided me to the best grooming items for my frenchie."

"They do a great job with grinding our jack russels nails and bathing him so he smells fresh again. Prices are good. its been easy to set up an appointment, i was running a little late and the team still tried to fit him in. They are a busy spot but always get him out fairly quick (within 2 hours) so we just go shop and have lunch until hes done. Nice management team and i trust them to keep our happy guy in a good mood to want to go back!"

"Second time rescheduling because they keep mentioning they’re short-staffed. Terrible customer service. Dogs don’t seem comfortable here including my own where she’s gotten anxiety visiting with them and not with other groomers. Avoid booking here. Save your time and money."

"Love the grooming team at this Petsmart! They do a great job on our poodles. The only annoying part is that we have to get our bill and then go up to the front to pay and then go back to grooming to get our pets. It would be nice if we could pay at the grooming counter."

"I like the friendly staff, but they are occasionally understaffed. Also, they have terrible management of long checkout lines. By management, I mean there is none. They won’t open a second checkout line til one gets large, then it’s a free for all, not next in line like almost every other store. I would recommend when opening the second line, cashiers be trained to call out “next in line”, rather then just let chaos ensue and do nothing about it."
