"Super sweet staff up front. Our lil pupper was hesitant to go in the back but after her cut, she was happier than a bug in a rug. For about $100 on a 30lb dog, we received a haircut, nails cut, ears cleaned and her undercoat blown out. I wish I didn’t say “don’t cut it too short,” because I wish they took a little more off. All good though, she smells great and looks great too!"

"We love Furesh! They have the best groomers. The location is clean and the front office staff is welcoming. It is easy to make an appointment and they are very professional. I can always count on my dogs looking amazing when I pick them up. Once I was even running late due to traffic and they waited for me so I could pick up my dogs. "Edit 8/19: Asked for my dog's bangs to be TRIMMED & they were completely cut off. I asked what happened & I was told that WAS a trim. So I guess either they don't touch the hair at all or they cut it all off. There is no in between? So so disappointed by the response to their mistake. I used to be a dog groomer & I've never had complaints about my dog before, so it's obvious that the groomer just made a mistake & the staff wouldn't admit it. My other instructions for my dog's grooming were also ignored. Maybe the groomers aren't as experienced as I thought. For $80, I won't be recommending a groomer that doesn't listen to your grooming instructions or doesn't know how to execute the instructions they're given. Original review: So happy with the service here & I know my dog is too! The front desk staff are responsive, professional, & efficient. I loved that their appointment scheduling was flexible (our appointment was at 11, but I was allowed to drop her off between 8:30-11 that morning) which is nice because errands & traffic can take longer than you anticipate. I appreciate that they write down the instructions for the haircut as you're describing what you want-- this ensures that there is no miscommunication when the groomer is working on your dog. I loved how quiet the salon was because my dog is very skittish with loud noises. I was also amazed that they were able to pull out the hair from inside her ears because she has never let anyone do that before in her 13 years of life! Prices are affordable & very reasonable compared to their competitors in the downtown Houston area."
