"I ended up switching to a different vet office after some frustrations with various aspects of this clinic. Upon getting my dog’s records, I saw that his teeth were never examined and it was noted as “muzzled” on the medical records. Disappointed as I was never told that a full exam was not able to be completed after paying for them. Nor did I know that my dog required being muzzled. Happy to have found a new vet that performs exams in the room and does not require my dog to be muzzled."
