"Great experience! Price and time spent on the groom is comparable with the big companies. But the small shop experience really helped our pup! He was timid going in but the staff and groomer were very knowledgeable and listened to all my wants for his cut. You could tell he was well taken care of because he came out looking relaxed and even jumped on the groomer when he was leaving instead of just running to me. It was also so quiet when leaving, instead of noise of 10 dogs within the same facility. Susan did a tremendous job on our goldendoodle’s cut. She left him looking like a teddy bear and he was so soft! We will be going back."
