"Worst experience ever. My daughter was dismissed from er with an order for nebulizer and inhale medication. The pharmacist simply told me that they don’t have nebulizer. He is so rude and emotionless. Avoid this location at all cost!"

"Pre pandemic, I spent 3 months trying to get my Epi Pens, each time I went in I was told how hard they were to get, so hard to get that the manufacturer couldn't even get them. After 3 months I had my doctor send the script to a non CVS pharmacy that was out of my way. Had my Epi Pens in 15 minutes. Today I picked up a script, and went to the cashier to get the free K95 masks advertised on a sign on the door. Cashier had her back to the customers, too busy scrolling through her phone. Four feet in front of me. So I had press the button to announce on the overhead that cashier was needed. I was met with an eye roll and a complete lack of customer service. I only come here because of my insurance."

"This is the slowest pharmacy. It took 40 minutes to pick up a prescription that they called about that was ready to pick up. 20 minutes waiting in line, another 10 minutes because they couldn't find it, and another 10 minutes to finish mixing it. This happens every time. They also try to refill your prescriptions without asking, going as far as calling the doctor. I had my doctor call asking why I was trying to antibiotics refilled. CVS claims they don't do, and I must have requested it."
