"The management (Ashley) was nice and understanding of my dogs excitable nature. She was calm and gentle with her. The stylist I got ( Theresa) was awesome. She was gentle and patient with my Raven. She had a calm manner in dealing with her and Raven took to her quickly. I’ll be going back to her."

"The staff attitudes were not very welcoming. They spoke in dry condescending tones. She spoke to me as if I should be fully aware out their prices and practices. I felt like I was bother her bringing my dog in for a cut. I should’ve went to another location, but I chose this location out of familiarity. I will no longer come to this store. I’ll go to the newer and hope for better service and quality."

"I have repeat delivery with you. One delivery is every 2 weeks, the other is every 6 months. I received an email noting that my delivery was being processed which was normal for the food which is the 2 week delivery. Then I received two more notices that my other delivery of flea & tick meds was being processed which was a mistake as I just received that delivery one month prior and it is not due for another 4-5 months. So I called customer service and asked them to cancel. I told them that the second 2 deliveries ( I have 2 dogs) was a mistake and some how the system is sending all deliveries instead of the one designated. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do as it was a repeat delivery and they can’t cancel the order. I asked why since the order was still pending and had not processed yet. They put me on hold and said they talked with the pharmacy and they said I would be ok since the items were good for 2 years. I told the representative that I did not authorize this, do not want these products this early and don’t understand why I can’t cancel since I called within hours of the notice and it still states pending. If you have time to talk with the pharmacist then tell the pharmacist to cancel the order. He said it was out of his hands so I asked to speak with a supervisor. I waited more than 30 minutes before being told that the supervisor was busy with another customer and told they would call me back within 1-2 hours. I then asked why so long? He said that’s what he was told. So, 2.5 hours later, no phone call and I received an email stating “your order has been processed”. Needless to say I am completely frustrated with Petco customer service and extreme lack of support. So I called back, and explained that I would like to speak to a supervisor and had already waiting to receive a callback but have not. They put me on hold again and 20 minutes later asked me again to go on a callback list. I am writing this several days later and still no callback, nothing resolved. I relied on Petco for a number of services. I was purchasing all food and treats, all grooming and all meds/veterinary services for two dogs but cannot trust Petco. Thus, since this unfortunate event I will no longer use Petco for any of the services that I can find at other reliable sources."
