"They did a good job grooming our puppy. But neglected to let us know that he would not be charged the puppy rate instead of the actual rate because of some hair knots. It increased the cost a LOT more than expected. Was very unprofessional lack of communication and expectations. We have since found an amazing groomer. They have cute supplies and treats."
