I dropped of the laptop late Monday (close to his closing time) and had the laptop back mid day on Thursday. He kept me updated on the process & shared pictures along the way. "I had an amazing experience, this should be the only place you should go to in the whole St Louis area. Quality and convenience for customer. Troubleshooted my problems and brought my Desktop to functioning capacity and has limited warranty to back him up on his efforts. My issue was a black screen when the GPU was worked, or PC was stress on load of gaming. He also replace parts as required that were beneficial to my computer's life span. Constant great communication, great advice giving, and educational. Helped me get an RMA setup for my GPU. He was there for me. Quick work and fast turn over for me. I would recommend to a friend and/or colleague. Great value for the work done."
