"Horrible all around. My aunt and parents hired this company and they screwed them both over destroying their trees, yards, flower beds, etc. And charging them for services that were never fulfilled. At my aunts they dug a trench that they did not lay rock in first and did not build it back up, so the problem will reoccur soon. They charged her for rock, dirt, and grass seed that she never received. At my mother's they took 8 months waiting on a camera to find the pipes, and then dug up all of the flower beds, edging, and plants to find said pipe that the $700 camera was supposed to be for in the 1st place. All to have them say they needed an entirely new septic system. I encouraged my family members to go anywhere else because this company clearly does not care about maintaining the beauty of their property or even asking about digging it up first, but they are only out to rob them blind for services they did not provide. Do not call here even if they are the only ones in Vandalia. Go Greenville or Effingham and save yourself the $$ and destruction."

"Recently had an issue with carbon monoxide- had to call them late at night (after no other businesses replied). Dispatch sent my number to the technician and he called me immediately. They were up front about the after hours fee first, then when I ok'd them to go ahead, they were very prompt. Seth (technician) called to inform me of the problem, told me he fixed it, and was great at explaining the situation. I was very pleased! He even sent a message the next day to see if there had been any problems since he was out! He did an amazing job. I was very scared I wouldn't be able to find someone to come out at all, and he was prompt, efficient and had great follow up!! Great job, Mars!"

"We've went with Mars for our water heater, air conditioner and furnace. They have always done great and timely work and are very polite and professional. We've only ever had one mishap with an install, and when we called them, they sent someone out right away and fixed the issue.
