"My daughter took her dog for grooming I could say all the things that went wrong but reading all the answers provided by owner. It seems is always the customers fault and that they never treated the dogs there. If you really want to take a chance with this place good luck. Oh we didn't contact the place to complain because we are never coming back!!!"

"This was the our first grooming experience (other than nail trimming) at this place. I had an appointment set for today Friday at 11am. When I dropped my dog off I asked how long they’d take and the gentleman told me 3hrs (not the 4-5hrs that was just posted on social media). If I knew the real time frame I would have hesitated to leave my dog there. I know this is not a one dog facility and it takes time to get around to all the dogs. Since i was told 3hrs I was ok with that as I am very aware they are not a kennel free facility either. I got to the groomers about 3hrs later to find out my dog wasn’t ready. I asked how much longer it was going to take, while I waited Mariana told the lady in the back in Spanish to start on my dog. I also know Spanish, I questioned about my dog barely getting her services done. They just said they are to start and she’s be done in about hour and a half or two. I was in shock so I went outside. I could not believe my dog had just been sitting there in a kennel for the full 3hrs. When asked about the appointment Mariana mentioned they were behind due to a groomer not being there today. Very understandable but why was this not communicated to be to begging with. I know things happen that is out of everyone’s control but all it would have taken was a phone call/communication. I went back in there and asked to take my dog home, I was in tears as my dog is my baby! Mariana was so rude, didn’t even bother looking me in the eye, didn’t get any sort of apology either, just told me to take my dog."

"This is not a place that cares about your pet. My family member took her beautiful fur baby to get groomed bathe trimmed up looking nice. This groomer shave so deep that she cut the dogs throat. It’s inflamed and the dog is in pain. This is horrible treatment of our pets. The owner never offered any help she didn’t care. Beware if you love your pet stay away from here!!!!"

"My first time coming here and I was not disappointed. Staff was able to explain the process to me and the prices were good, in my opinion. They even called me to give me updates. Finding someone to groom my chow chow was a little hard but Dottys was able to with no problems at all. Very happy with my experience. They were not able to do much with my pom because she is terrified of blow dryers but they did “clean her up” to my satisfaction.They did excellent with my chow. His whole demeanor has changed and I can tell he is so happy to be rid of a lot of his fur in this heat, I love his new look. Definitely coming back to them for all my pets. Before and after pics"
