"There was a wait of 20 minutes to receive your drink order. The barista kept chit chatting with her friend but is unable to talk and work at the same time, causing a longer wait. When my order was ready she said, “have a nice day” but there was no acknowledgment/apology for the long wait time."

"Worst Starbucks to ever come to. Employees just chat around w eachother for with regulars working super slow when it is super busy. You don’t get told if it’s gonna be a 20 plus minute wait until you’ve been waiting for 25-30!!! Unprofessional and not how other Starbucks location treats the customers."

"I used to enjoy coming here until these online orders and app orders started coming out. It really absolutely defeats the purpose of a coffee shop. This is a chain i get it but it should at least stick to it's roots and values. Now it's basically a factory of human robots that can't look at people in the eye anymore because they are so stressed of the back to back and beyond orders and because people waiting have been waiting like literally a ridiculously long time for something that to start off isn't even authentic anymore but the are sold by a brand."
