"I cannot even begin to express my disappointment and frustration with this so-called 'pet store.' Let me just start by saying, if you care about your fur-babies appearance and well-being, DO NOT bring them here for grooming. It's obvious that this store overbooks and overworks their groomers. It was clear that the groomer did not have enough time to properly groom my dog. Not only did he come out looking like a hot mess, but he also came out extremely stressed. It breaks my heart to think about what kind of treatment he must have endured during his grooming session. I trusted this store with my fur baby, and they completely let me down. I thought I was paying for professional and quality grooming services, but what I received was far from it. It is clear that this store prioritizes profit over the well-being of the animals in their care. I would not recommend it to anyone who truly cares about their pet."
