"Lived at a property for two years. Paid $2550 security deposit. Paid rent on time for those two years. Added grass to backyard. Cleaned home before we left. Replaced air filters before we left. There were large holes in bedroom when we moved in, I reported it to Bella and sent pictures. We covered holes with painting. Long story short, they made up fake charges. $100 for garbage after they told us to leave in garage. $75 charge for air filters which we replaced. $500 cleaning fee, $1100 for paint job! All bogus. We are home owners ourselves and we are fair people. Bella is not fair and not honest!! I had to call to find out when we could expect our check and was told it had been mailed. No date was told to me, no tracking info, just an email that said it was mailed. I followed up and asked when was it mailed, how much is it and i got another email with the bogus bill and was told they woukd stop payment and resend check.I'm tired of typing, but just wanted to make the public aware of our experience with Bella!"

"We have been renting out a nice property in Round Rock since June 2018. Recently I don't know why the tone in customer service changed all of a sudden. June 2018 - Feb 2023 everything was fine, but then we started receiving questionable customer service and Marissa McCracken (property manager) even suggested we move out "if we were feeling stuck." So we did. Managing the investors property is very different from providing customer service. I'm giving 2 stars only because the move in process was great and they were super friendly at the beginning. When the maintenance guy comes out, he doesn't call to schedule a time in advance. He will call or text us when he is outside and we are at work - that can improve. Did not leave happy unfortunately. I saw the new posting for our previous place that was just posted at 3007 Adam Cove in Round Rock and saw removed the old and dingy carpet that we complained about."
