"I truly recommend OXFORD @ Tech Ridge to anyone looking to lease an apartment. The constant and FAST communication the front office leasing agents provide is UNBEATABLE. Saying they’re on top of it would be an understatement - I applied and got approved on the same day!!! Ty did it all with a huge smile on his face and made me feel right at home with his OUTSTANDING customer service. I also wanted to shoutout Kimberly from the front office for giving me a lovely tour and showing me around the property and showing me their great amenities. 10’s all across the board!!! Proud to be a part of the OXFORD @ TECH RIDGE community!"

"I’ve been living here for about 2 years and I wanted to take the time and thank the office staff specifically, Ty for being transparent and helpful throughout my entire experience here. Anytime I had any issues or questions, Ty was always quick to answer any questions I had and made sure any apartment issue I was experiencing was being resolved."

"Been a great experience with the 3 years of living here. Office always goes above and beyond when you are in need and the maintenance crew always helps when I need even in emergency situations which we’ve had a couple in years past. Perfect location for where I need to go along and the city and can’t complain!"

"I have lived here for a year and a half. The apartment is great with cleaning and the office always responds when you need help. . This apartment is 8-10. Ty has always been upfront and very attentive to what ever I needed for the apartment. I definitely recommend these luxury apartments that are decently priced. I have left my garage opened multiple times, nothing was ever stolen. The community is trustworthy, now I can’t really say nothing about bad people that don’t live here who want to do bad things. Other then outsiders, the community is a safe space!"

"I moved into Oxford at Tech Ridge apartments in February 2016 and I loved the community. Shortly after management changed and it became a whole new story. Since November 2017 my storage unit had been broken into twice. The first theft was on Thanksgiving week 2017.After the first time I was told they would install a deadbolt on storage unit doors. When I followed up months later, they were very rude to me and basically said “We are not going to do that” in a harsh voice. The second time was in January 2019. After the second theft I reported my storage unit was broken into I got zero response, literally none. It is apparent they do not care about tenant's property. The security gate was consistently broken. In 2019 from June 1st to about November 4th it was broken. Even when not broken it is disabled, especially on the weekends, usually pushed off the track. When gate is open people drive far too fast. I have called front office several times and submitted a ticket. Not a thing has been done. Not an email to the community or group text, not a speed limit sign, not a speed bump., Nothing... it is terrifying having kids and dogs in the parking lot, or to even get them in and out of my car. It is obvious they do not care about the safety of tenants. One night a man went to the emergency call box by the pool and was yelling into the box that he would go into an apartment with a gun. I called 911 and stayed up all night by the front door to protect my family. When I told the office in the morning, they told me, “relax, he doesn’t live here”. I consistently got spoken to very rudely by the office when I would call and ask for help or I entered to pick up a package that was in the office. They are annoyed if you need help or service. This shows they do not care about tenants experience or comfort. The breezeways are disgusting, they are stained from leaking trash bags, chewing gum, and trash debris. The valet trash doesn’t pick up on Friday and Saturday so people will leave their trash out all weekend and it is unsightly. This demonstrates the office has no pride in the property. For the last 6 months I had roaches, and had seen roaches in the neighbor's trash and by their doors. I checked several other buildings and have seen some roaches in the trash there too. I was originally finding 10-20 per night I do not keep a dirty kitchen or apartment I am not the source of these roaches. When I transferred units to one that was left vacant across the hall, I noticed the carpets and walls were stained, the apartment smelled of old food/cooking, the laminate on the cupboards was peeling, the counters were peeling, and kitchen floor was sticky and was in poor repair. They gave me a spray can of primer/cover up for the walls and that was about it. The closet has an ATT box with cables all over the place. None seem to be used. The office does not care about the quality of units tenants will move into. You cannot have visitors over for more than two nights in a row. My father was driving across country to visit his brother that was just diagnosed with cancer. When I called the office to ask for an exception for my dad because of the circumstances, I was told, ”Those are the rules if you don’t follow them, he will get towed”. There is no understanding or compassion for tenants. The trash compactor is constantly over flowing, the dog bag stations run out of bags so people leave dog poop everywhere. It is not a clean place to live. The fence dividing this community with the one next door was cut open for people to come across unmonitored. I first noticed the fence cut shortly after November 27th 2017 until at least January 2019. It was patched after that and is still substandard as it is held up with zip ties. I don’t feel secure."
