"Rude and VERY unprofessional company, they don’t care about their customers and only care about the money in their pocket. First, We’ve tried reaching out many times to solve different issues in the past and quickly learned that unless it’s a emergency they don't care. It will take weeks/months for them to get back to you (to just schedule the repair) and then turns out nothing will even be done about it when the guy finally comes out. Secondly, their lack of communication with something as important as paying your monthly rent, they changed payment methods twice in the 1 year we have been here. The most recent telling us we have to pay differently 2 DAYS before rent is due. (Thats a great notice). I am almost certain they changed payment methods this last time so they as a company can avoid the payment fee’s and pass those onto their customers, so after raising our rent (and im sure many others) they want us to pay an additional fee (3.5% of our rent) ontop of that. Or we have the option to pay rent 2 weeks early so that the check can get to them in-time without charging us (the customer) a late fee? I strongly do not recommend this company to ANYONE and I’m saddened our landlord chose this company to manage his rentals. It has been nothing but issues with Blavesco."

As a professional she should have my interests first, but I am sure this company is happy to take your money and cares less if you rent or not. Do not recommend."
