"Polite and respectful staff running the place. They've always given me a fair price for both the items I've pawned and the items I've purchased. They've also always honored the deals they've given me in the past even if it was from a different location. These guys have saved my butt and helped me limp to the end of the month more times than I care to admit and done so with a smile and a sincerity you cant find at a decent department store these days much less a pawn shop. I honestly can't think of a reason to do business with any other pawn shop in Austin."

"Alex the manager is super awesome, he was very helpful in assisting me with me creating this jewelry piece; as well as finding a great price to create it. I also left my number for when they receive a particular revolver and they called me right away remembering my name and face. The staff there are super friendly... this by far was the best pawn shop / store experience I've ever encountered. ALL the managers are awesome. Thank you again I really appreciate all you've done.
