"The vet here tells everyone the same thing, "your pet has liver or kidney failure and the only thing that will help them is you buying Hills Science pet food from us" and this is all after misdiagnosing my cat 3 times prior, brought him here because he was drooling vet said it was a chin allergy, put him on antibiotics it went away then his face ballooned up and he told me it must be a bad tooth. He lanced my pets neck and then offered no cone or dressing to protect the wound or how I should dress or treat the wound, I had to ask the receptionist for antibiotics for the healing process. Then after another visit or two and me pointing out a growth where the teeth were he finally said he's afraid it's jaw cancer. Guy is a hack. If you don't care about your animals then bring them here otherwise run fast. 1 star is to much for these morons."

"The staff at Kenosha Lake Shore Veterinary Clinic were extremely kind and helpful. Our dog needs an operation for a tumor. Dr. Khan was very helpful in arranging for the operation. The reception girls are very helpful in getting the paperwork and appointment scheduled."

"Only giving two stars for the doctor. Dr Kahn was great and handled out kitty with care. As for the staff/customer service, it was terrible. I walked in and was not greeted, I arrived a little early so I took a seat while the staff continued helping other customers. Even after everyone else cleared out I sat even longer before being asked if I was helped. We finally were given a room and helped. Afterwards I went back out to the front desk and waited to pay. I stood there for a good 5-10 mins while being ignored by the staff member sitting in front of me. Another customer walked in and was greeted and helped right away before us who were already there. Staff could barely remember what to enter in after being told multiple times. Not to mention all staff left the front line multiple times leaving it open which is very unprofessional. Even though the doctor was great I wont be going back due to poor service."

"Update: a few months ago took our two kittens in that we got from a farm, a third one already had passed before we could get him in. He looked them over, gave them some meds and went home. We weren’t sure if Rocky would make it, but they both are doing great now. Good kitties, watched over my little girl when she was sick. And we even took them camping. ******* Tiko was obviously thrilled to be there. While on vacation one of the kids called starting he chipped a tooth and was bleeding. I got home and called, they made room to fit us in. Barely any wait time. Staff was courteous. Dr was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. He could have raked me over the coals, but instead said to soften his food and take away the bones and just watch him to make sure he’s eating. $40 and we went home. Been going there for years."
