"I bought a rope necklace. The next day it broke. Got it fixed and it broke 2 days later. I took it back and they tried to charge me to fix it and said it keeps breaking because its hollow. If its so hollow that it will break by taking it off then why sell something so cheaply made for such a high price. I got it as a gifted for someone and everytime i speak to them they tell me how the necklace broke again i have gotten the necklace fixed 5 times literally i just want my money back but guess what no refunds"
