"Terrible pharmacy service, very lazy and unprofessional staff. They hate doing their jobs- tell lies that it takes hours to transfer a prescription from another Walgreens, even though it's a few minutes process. They are very unhappy to administer vaccines- stating they are very busy and I should pick another date. They are the worst pharmacy experience I have ever seen. I would appreciate if they would change completely before they will screw up someone else health and life."

"Just moved back to LF from the city and it was surprising to experience such terrible service in comparison to Walgreens in Humboldt park. The pharmacists are impossible to get a hold of over the phone and when we had separate instances of delays due to insurance and a dr sending in incorrect dosage amounts, there was no notification or communication to rectify the situation. When we went into the store, there was attitude and an overall lack of care from the pharmacy team. Our family has had multiple frustrating experiences and will not be coming back."

"The store is small but good for everyday necessities if you need something quickly. The reason I rated it five stars though is the cashier that helped me tonight. (I didn't catch her name but it was July 17th around 8:15 pm. She had brown shoulder length hair.) She was just the sweetest and even though you could tell she looked tired, she still was so friendly and upbeat. It was refreshing. They're very lucky to have her!"

"The young pharmacist is so unpleasant… for no reason. I’m aware of her so I thought okay, I’m gonna be extra nice and smiling and see. Well, totally not worth it. She couldn’t care less, almost even rude. She even shows signs of impatience when I was getting my credit card. So unhelpful. Life is short, put a smile on your face. If you don’t want to do that job, go get another one… I’m thinking of changing pharmacy even though this one is convenient…"
