"Never use pump #11. Not working. Asks if you want a car wash. Say no. Which car wash do you want? $8, $10, $12 LAST TIME I BUY GAS HERE. CHECK YOUR GAS PUMPS"
"if i could give 0 stars i would. i brought my medically necessary service dog with me to buy a drink while travelling and the cashier told me that no dogs are allowed and demanded i show him an ID for my service dog and held his hands up to show me the size of a drivers license. i told him that the ADA does not provide any form of ID like that and i do not have to disclose my medical information to him but i have papers in my bag for the transportation security administration. the cashier then pointed to the door and told me to read the sign. the sign that says “service dogs welcome”. and then asked for an ID again. i tried repeating that there is no official ID that comes with having a service dog, however my dog was wearing his vest and i had my TSA paper with me since i was on my way from the air port. the cashier kept insisting for an ID, and then said that he didn’t want to argue. I took my business to the actual oasis instead of the gas station and had no problems. so i guess don’t bring your service dog to the northbound 7/11 because they will blatantly deny access."
"Disgusting. Looks like someone hovered over toilet and spray crapped everywhere. No soap or hand sanitizer in bathroom. One of two urinals has a garbage bag over it. Both slurpee machines out of order. It appears they’ve just given up on cleanliness and making sure equipment works."
"I just walked out of there. After I filled my tank full. With the snow I needed a snow brush. It rang up at $7.99 and the cashier deleted that and manually inserted $9.99. I don't mindpaying a little more for t paying a little bit more for the convenience but this comes awful close to price gouging and they have seen the last dollar they'll ever get out of me."
"I was violated of my $10, I gave my fellow employee $100 And only bought 3.46 worth of food and maruchans. And I was expected to be treated with respect, but after I got my change i came to realize i only had received $85 and I went back to tell him and he said no I need a receipt after he dint give me one and told me to I took too long and told me come baxk tomorrow. I came back the next day and he said i couldn't have it. So very very bad experiences"
