"Excellent staff. Knowledgable, Nice, polite & helpful. Work well as a team. Nice environment. Attentive vets. Clean environment. Make record transfers easy. Recently switched to an easy capsule medication for my dog from a sticky, more expensive, and hard to dispense oil syrup. Saves me $14 per month & much easier for 1 person to administer! Only wish they had told me of this alternative from the start."
"It’s taken a while for me to share my experience but to say it was bad is an understatement. I went in roughly 10 months ago with my 5 year old Aussie shepherd who had a draining wound on her ribcage when the vet took a look at it almost immediately she said “oh it’s a puncture wound” and even when I told her there’s no possible way this wound that started out as a lump a year prior then one day opened up and started draining could even remotely be a puncture wound … she wouldn’t believe me. When I assured her this dog is under constant supervision and there was no way in hell it was a puncture wound… she wouldn’t believe me. She was more concerned about whether or not we would be getting our dog spayed! When I was advocating for my pet pleading with her to please think of alternative options she wouldn’t. She sent us on our merry way with some antibiotics that did nothing (since it wasn’t a puncture wound) a few weeks later after realizing the antibiotics weren’t doing anything (waste of money and precious time) we decided we would not be going back here because the vet was more worried about spaying our dog then helping us get to the root of her draining wound & instead find another vet who would actually hear us out. Sure enough weeks later after many tests we find out she had cancer and suddenly and tragically had to put her down. I hold so much resentment for this place because if they had simply heard me out and believed me as a pet parent we could have diagnosed the cancer faster. But no. They were convinced it was a puncture wound after having done zero testing and judging us for not having spayed her yet. Ridiculous. I tell as many people as I can to steer clear of this place.this is a business full of fools who claim they’ll help your pet but really don’t wanna do the work. DO BETTER."
"After an outrageously overpriced teeth cleaning estimate at another local vet, I wanted a second estimate. Lily is dog reactive, and they were so accommodating. I was able to check in and bring her right back to a room. This was just supposed to be a consultation, however I got some very different news. The doctors and staff were so incredibly kind to me and Lily. Not only were the staff amazing, the exam was very reasonably priced"
"Vet was very nice. Precious was being really good considering the way she was acting. Got her nails clipped and they gave me behavior treats, which she doesn't like. They forgot to weigh her, did give her a rabies shot. Place is very nice and clean, staff is friendly."
"I found this sweet baby girl and took her to Kenosha animal hospital. I love this veterinary clinic. They are very friendly and have a heart. I found her on Thursday they were able to get her in on Saturday. I’ve taken all of my pets here. All the doctors and staff are incredible. They have compassion and have a heart. I found them about 2 years ago I had some pets put down they were very compassionate towards my pet and my feelings. I also have brought my dogs here. I highly recommend them to anybody. The prices are very fare. I went to other clinics around here like prairie side vet and roegner. They are all about the money. . And didn’t care. Kenosha animal hospital is not about the money but you and your pet. Thank you Shirley . Thompson."
