"This is the worst company customer service wise. I bought one of their Christmas Trees from Costco. The tree appeared to be very nice, was very expensive (almost $900). Unfortunately the tree turned out to be junk. It was never straight, seemed like one of the sections poles was slightly bent. I called their customer service, which was basically pointless. The reps just wanted pictures of the tree and label, but then basically did nothing about it. The second issue was the remote that came with the tree did not work. Again I called the customer service, they gave me the run around. . . again had me send pictures, etc. (this was all for a brand new tree). Eventually they agreed that the remote was defective and offered to send me a new remote. 6 months later, still no remote. Had the tree not been so big and hard to load I would have just returned it to Costco (that is still what I should have tried to do). The company is a joke, I would never buy another one of their products!"

"Absolutely horrible service ! Called in for a VERY small part that was not working for my tree. Warranty got denied because it was ny dog that chewed the product, but they wouldn’t even sell me the part that I needed even though I was more than happy to pay for. They kept saying they don’t have the part but if it was warranty approved, they would have it. It made no sense. So now I’m paying for a really small part that costs 1/4 of what I paid for the tree on Amazon. Don’t buy this brand at the stores. If you were to slip on ice and break something completely out of your control, they will not help whatsoever."
