"Walgreens in general for prescriptions is the worst! I call this particular store n they will keep putting me on hold 4-5 times without saying a word. There are times I’ve waited 15 minutes on hold!! That’s ridiculous! I’ve pulled up to the drive thru and was the first person n waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I’ve been on hold for over 5 minutes n been disconnected. I’ve called several times in one day before someone picked up. Do better Walgreens pharmacy!"

"They never pick up the damn phone, you can hear them repeatedly putting you on hold. I called repeatedly to try and find out why my prescription was delayed and absolutely nobody was helpful. Save your time and switch to CVS. I would rate this store 0 stars if Google would let me. Absolutely horrible customer service."

"I had the first vaccine appointment of the day. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and they still weren't ready. No update, no "it'll be ten more minutes" - I just sat there for 40 minutes while the pharmacist did other work. She finally started prepping the shots about 30 minutes after my appointment, but then she started prepping shots for all the people who walked in after me. I left because I needed to get back to work. And yet, Walgreens has a sign outside that says you can only park for 30 minutes. Do you have long term parking in the back? Food delivery for when we get hungry? Because my whole lunch hour was spent waiting in Walgreens."

"Answer the phone pharmacy! You call and they immediately put you on hold. When you finally get fed up and go in they are standing around talking. Nonsense! Update: they claim they have no prescription when you get ahold of someone. They had it the whole time and wasted 90 minutes of my time! Extremely frustrating"

"I've been dealing with the same issues at this pharmacy for years. I finally got fed up with the abuse. They are very rude, and for some reason, they don't like filling prescriptions properly, so you always end up short. If you need prescriptions filled, expect bad service and don't expect your prescription to be filled correctly at this location."
