Bel Air Motel

"The place has bed bugs! I sat down on the bed and not 2 minutes later i feel something on my arm. Suddenly my whole hand starts itching like crazy. So i look down and there is a bug on me. I had never seen a bedbug b4 so i grabbed a tissue and caught it. Looked up multiple bugs and wham it matched the bedbug description perfectly. So I bring it to the office and tell them that they have bedbugs and the guy looks at me with annoyed disdain. Your not getting a refund sir he says with a thick Indian accent. We do not have bedbugs. This is where I show him the bedbug in the tissue. Sir do not bring that in the office sir. Ok so do you agree that you have a bedbug infestation I ask him. I do not know where you got that sir. From your bed I respond. After a half hour of bantering back and forth He gave me a new room close to the office. I did not see any bugs in that room but I did throw my suitcase and everything clothes Related in the trash. 1 star."

"This was the worst place I have ever seen. Towel was dirty with brown stains room smelled of stale cigs & beer. Cigarette burns in the top cover of the bed & Omgosh the sheets were stained with brown stains smelled as if someone was just sleeping on them I almost vomited on it. After checking in I was told no pets when someone came to my room after I asked for toilet paper & towels he saw my dog (6lb Yorkie) on the bed I told him I didn’t want him walking on the floor it was disgusting, needless to say I did not get any towels. Never again!!! The woman who Must have been the manager tried to make me leave before check out knocking at my door am I leaving & to give my key to her. I said ok but she came back again 5 mins later still not even 11:00 am sign states if you want to stay later just pay $5 but I was not getting that luxury. They must have a lot of problems there. No cool for the rudeness. Not like anyone was waiting everyone else lives there on a daily/monthly housing. Very sad."

"Clean and very comfortable. Heating is self controlled. Flat screen, fridge, and microwave all new and easy to use. Lots of hot water."

"This is close to the train. Alwys enjoy our stay. These messages look like from angry teenagers who got kicked out for trying to party here. To me it was clean, quiet and safe. You wont see nobody hanging out in the parking lot making trouble. Movies on big tv, warm room in winter. Grandson says private wifi is fast because neighbors cant leech the connection. I like it here. You can always ask to see the room before you pay. Staff is nice. Got fooled by stars and ripped off at other business. Go here because they won't rip you off with hidden tax and fees."

"Horrible. Very grimey. I have seen way too many spun out and drunk visitors. It has a great location, but do yourself a favor and spend an extra 10 bucks and run like hell."
