"Hannibal's best choice for sales, repair and consulting. I had a very specific and urgent need for his services. I found Geek Patrols number first and gave him a call with my fingers crossed in hopes he could help me solve my time sensitive issue. Within 25 minutes I was face to face with the owner and had my issue resolved and was on to the next task with my project. I recommend 10/10."
"Great to deal with! Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices, all of which are things that are becoming harder and harder to find. Will definitely do business with again! Highly recommend."
"My coworker's cousin just had his computer "repaired" by Hannibal Geek Patrol. He was told he was getting a new Solid State Drive (SSD) and Windows 10 installed. He was also told his data was not recoverable/transferable. My coworker called me because he was having issues with his new computer not playing DVDs and was unable to properly install flight simulator games. I remotely accessed the computer and found that Richard installed Windows 10 1709 (from September 2017), despite the current version being Windows 10 1909. He didn't install updates, didn't install updated/proper drivers, and didn't install any software. The computer was a blank install. This is not acceptable when the end user is very low tech. He also installed a Western Digital 7200 RPM Hard Disk Drive (HDD) instead of the promised SSD. These customer had no idea he was being lied to. He paid $150 for a cheap HDD and 15-20 minutes of work. I would not recommend using Richard for any computing needs as you will be sorely disappointed and will not get your money's worth. As someone who has worked in technology for 14 years I recommend finding someone who installs all the necessary software, and doesn't lie about the hardware installed."
"I haven't used them yet but they are very reasonably priced."
