"I've used Peter's in Quincy for 12 years never a problem. In Hannibal called on Monday was connected to Peter's emergency line. Told them my AC was out and I'm disabled with my wife and kid and 3 indoor cats, and said we need help to get it running. She assured me they would call me back ASAP! Here it is Saturday and still no call back! I'll never even call or use Peter's again. That sucked!"

"Installed a heat pump system for my father and it never worked correctly. Technicians were sent out, but the system was never fixed. A/C has never worked and heat only works in EMR(Emergency?) mode. Would not recommend. Would have rated 0/5,but Google does not allow it."

I called for a estimate for heating and cooling and was told i would get a call back by friday and i never recieved a call back and when i called to follow up on my questions the gentlemen was out of the office or already gone for the day. Poor business. I went with another company that was very helpful and coming out to give me a estimate this week."
