"The store is great, but the pharmacy is not well run or staffed. I regularly wait over 24 hours for prescriptions to be filled, including antibiotics. I find that if I don’t go in or call, they simply fill at their convenience. Need to call? 20 minute wait minimum. I understand this may not be the fault of the workers, but rather corporate for not staffing the location well enough for them to run even moderately efficient."
"Constantly having issues with this pharmacy, it's either getting put on hold, rude technicians, and there is always a 50% chance of me being able to get my prescription on the first try. After about 3 years of putting up with this place, I likely need to find a new pharmacy."
"The pharmacist is very disrespectful and don’t care for the patients.I was having UTI and I was on teribile pain. My prescription was ready but It happened that I got to the pharmacy two minutes after closing. The staff was still there with windows opened but the pharmacist did not want to help. She came out with an attitude and told me that they are not payed for overtime and that I should go to a different location. Very disappointing!"
"As a store, this Walgreens is fine. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy, however is an absolute mess. Totally disorganized, unhelpful, borderline incompetent. You never seem to see the same people working back there. We are in the process of moving all of our prescriptions to the Steeple Run store. I only wish there was a CVS close to home. Look at all the Google reviews about this store and you'll find a common thread. Walgreens corporate needs to do something about this pharmacy."
"If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are CONSTANTLY short staffed, which results in EXTREMELY rude pharmacists and techs. There is also an extremely long wait at the drive through constantly. My son had a prescription for eye drops for pink eye sent in and I arrived at the pharmacy about 20 minutes after they opened. They said they were unable to fill the script until I confirmed a text message, which still, more than an hour later, has not been sent. When I questioned the pharmacist about the text confirmation, she told it it would be sent "sometime today". I was given the go ahead by my doctor to send my child back to school tomorrow as long as he has the drops for 24 hours. I work full time and need my child to go back to school tomorrow and I need the prescription filled. WALGREENS- Your text system sucks and your team of employees at this locations needs training in Customer Service. Not my fault your stores are short staffed. I will be transferring all of my families prescriptions elsewhere."
