"Horrible place to get jewelry fixed or shop. None of the workers are knowledgeable about jewelry. They just want the sell and will tell you anything, bad customer service. Scammers. I had a watch and chain that had to get fixed 10 times because diamonds kept falling out. I repeat, don't shop here. Your jewelry will not come out right."

"I went there to get grills made, didn’t fit in my mouth. I waited 2 weeks for them to be made because they didn’t fit they did a remold and told me I have to wait another 2 weeks. At first I was really upset and disappointed that I had to wait another 2 weeks. BUT…… Afterwards the manager gave me a call and she got everything situated, she gave me an amazing deal!! One that was even better than the original work that I came for. She was SUPER NICE, friendly, and just wanted to make sure I was completely pleased with the outcome of the grills, as well as the quality of service. I recommend working with the manager, she was definitely the icing on the perfect experience for me. Despite the inconvenience of having to wait another 2 weeks, it was a top notch experience!!!! I’m super ready for the next 2 weeks to go by, so I can see my new grills! They also have an AMAZING DEAL GOING NOW, (only for a couple days) tell them Larry sent you for the deal! 100/10 I recommend!!!"
