"I went to several jewelers when looking for an engagement ring, like most people, and Benolds was by far the best. I tried big jewelers that had decent prices, but no customization capabilities. As soon as I entered Benolds, I was warmly greeted by Maria, who helped me find the (eventual) perfect ring. She listened to what I was looking for, showed me some current in stock rings for examples, and had me come back a week later when she had some more rings based on what I was looking for.
