"Dr. Adams, Dr. P, Alli, Ashley and TRULY everyone that worked with them to care for Stella (unfortunately I didn’t get everyone’s names) — receptionists, nurses, doctors. From the moment I called in Sunday night until the moment I transferred my girl to another clinic for surgery Monday morning, everyone went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and cared for in addition to taking top-notch care of my dog! There are many options between my home and VEG and I’m so happy I made the choice I did to take my dog there. Alli really was the driving force with her compassion when I called in! "ANSWER TO OUR PRAYERS! Our dogs are our world. Animal hospitals always add stress to an already stressful situation. I was a hot mess when we walked in. My dog was struggling to breathe from a cold. I had called ahead of time and I was given some general medical advice and decided to head in. There was no wait time. About 20 people came to help. All of my anxiety, and therefore my dogs, was gone. Kermit had kennel cough and pneumonia. I truly felt like they were there for us, as much as my dog. Open communication. You can see everything and are in control of treatment decisions. The chairs fold out and they have clean blankets if you want to sleep there. We chose to go home and sleep. We were 100% comfortable leaving him. They encourage you to call anytime. You can always talk to someone. When we went to see him the next day, every single person in the building knew Kermit and could tell me anything I needed to know. I could go on and on. We all know the exorbitant price of healthcare. Especially for pets. They are extremely competitive with pricing. The service, the facility, but mostly the staff are top notch. Route 59 and 95th in Naperville near Amazon fresh. Talk about making something awful not so awful….the love in the building is palpable. They nailed it. I hope you never need them, but take comfort that if you do, the utopian pet hospital exists. On behalf of Kermit and his family, we are so thankful on so many levels. ❤️"
